Well, today is not as good as yesterday. Today I'm at 289.0. I'm still down over the two pound goal for the week.

Yesterday, I increased the amount of water that I drank. Actually it was ice water. I am proud of how well I did with it since water was the ONLY thing I drank until late in the day.

Today, I weighed in at 293.6 so I'm still not getting to my goal weight again. But, then again, I am way under the over 300 pounds that I went up to last week.
